About contract

Q How long does it take to move into the office from applying?
A It depends on the business type and the scale of business, at the shortest it takes ●days to move into the office from applying.
Q Is a guarantor necessary in applying for moving?
A No.
Q Can the individual apply for moving? Besides is there age limit?
A Yes, the individual can apply. There is no age limitation
Q Is there minimum contract period?
A No.
Q Where can I get the application?
A We give it in our office. Or it is possible to apply by calling or accessing to our website.
Q Is it possible to send the application by mail?
A Yes.
Q The deposit is refunded in canceling the contract?
A The expense for restoration is deducted from the deposit. Besides actual expenses is deducted from the deposit in case user lose the IC card or key of storage box.

About examination

Q Please tell me the necessities for examination.
A In case of personal contract,
  • Application
  • Copy of official identification(Driver’s license, passport or health insurance certificate
In case of corporate contract
  • Application
  • Registration certificate(within 3 months from issued or a certificate of the registered matters
  • Photocopy of official identification of CEO

    ※In case of foreigners, Passport and foreigner registration card

Q Can I know the reason in case the examination is not passed?
A We can’t answer the question about thee examination

About payment

Q How payment should be made?
A “Ryubo saison card” only
Q Is it possible to change a name registered (from personal contract to corporate contract)?
A Yes. It is necessary to hand in necessities for corporate contract.
Q When the price for using fee of options is charged? And how do I pay for it?

About registration

Q Is it possible to register the address of BA office?
A In case of shared rented office booth type, it is possible to register the address of BA:1-1-1 Kumoji.
However in case of shared desk type,the address of MBE store is registered:2-2-13 Matsuyama Naha city
Q Is it possible to keep registering the address after canceling the contract?
A It is necessary to change the registration immediately after canceling

About preview

Q Is it necessary to make an appointment of preview?
A Yes. Please make the appointment to be smoothly guided.
Q Is it possible to apply without preview?

About price

A Deposit+Daily rate for first month+Monthly fee for next month※Please pay for the cost 10 days before you would like to move into the office.

    ※in case of using shared rented office (Private room type・booth type)users have the time frame that user use conference room for free.

A No.

  • Shared rented office(Private room type・booth type)
    The room is available from 7:30 to 23:00 everyday.

  • Shared desk type(Virtual office)
    The desk is available from 9am to 8pm on the weekday.
    You can use shared desk for 3 hours per a day. However the time is added to monthly time frame in case the time is not used. Besides it is possible to use the time together.
    User can confirm the situation of use time any time on Cloud.
    It is necessary to make a reservation by the day before. The time frame of use time is renewed every month.
    Besides Optional fee is charged in case of exceeding time frame of use time.

About mails

Q Is it possible to forward the mail?
A Yes. About mail forwarding, 200 per a time is charged in case of more than twice per a month.(Forwarding address must be set. Besides the fee is charged)

About conference room/reception room

Q How many people can use conference room/reception room?
A Maximum 8 people can use the conference room. In case of reception room maximum 4 people.
Q Is there a projector or a screen?
A Large display and whiteboard are equipped in the conference room, but those are not equipped in the reception room.
Q Is it possible to use reception room or conference room without applying?
A No.
Q The cancel fee is charged in case of canceling?
A No cancel fee is charged in case of canceling by the day before.

About service

Q Is it possible to add the person who use private room type of shared rented office?
A Yes. it depends on the room type, and 15,000(without tax)per a person is charged.
Optional fee includes using fee of internet, MOT/Phone(communication application) and MOT/Cloud (Cloud service).

    Free coffee and free drink. 1 telephone line. Using of internet, MOT/Phone and MOT/Cloud. The time frame that user use conference room or reception room for free is from 5 hours to 10 hours per a month(No carryover)
  • Shared rented office(booth type)
    Free coffee and free drink. 1 telephone line. Using of internet, MOT/Phone and MOT/Cloud. The time frame that user use conference room for free is from 3 hours per a month(No carryover)
  • Shared desk(Virtual office)
    Free coffee. 1 telephone line. Using of shared desk, MOT/Phone and MOT/Cloud.
